LuminEdge will review notices received and take appropriate action as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site.

12. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LuminEdge on their subject matter and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, written or oral. A waiver of any provision is effective only if in writing and signed by LuminEdge, and any failure to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of any future breach.
